Reset the Thread network

Sometimes, the Thread network can get mismatched if a product tries and fails to connect multiple times. In this case, we recommend resetting the Thread network.

  • Go to hub settings in the IKEA Home smart app to reset the Thread network
  • The app will help you reset so the network can build a stable base
  • Matter products connected to your Thread network will need to reset once the network is ready.
